SHIPPING
Most products on this site are shipped after being opened during live events (Rip & Ship or Live Break). Requests for products to be shipped unopened may be approved by Prime Breaks for a handling fee to cover shipping materials. Additional charges will be agreed upon before products are shipped. For any questions please contact us.
DOMESTIC
Shipping will be paid for by the Customer in the amount calculated by the Seller at the time of purchase, your cards will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS or UPS. We do not insure our standard shipments nor add signature confirmation, however we may upgrade higher value shipments at our discretion for you. Packages lost to theft or damage are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and appropriate precautions should be taken by the buyer prior to shipment for high dollar packages. Should you have any questions about your shipment or would like to request insurance or signature be added, please contact us prior to shipment.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping will be paid for by the Customer in the amount calculated by the Seller at the time of purchase. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days via USPS or UPS. Orders will ship when all items within a purchase are in stock. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for international shipments. If you prefer another carrier, additional charges may occur.

SINGLES/SEALED PACKS AND BOXES
All sports and gaming card (singles, slabs, signed, swatches, and mystery/surprise me lots) product sales are final. Unopened factory sealed products maybe returned within 30 days, a 10% restocking fee may be applied.
LIVE BREAKS
You may cancel an order or request a refund up to 12 hours prior to any box openings. There are no refunds after the 12 hours or when a box has been opened live. Notifications will be sent advising of the time and platform the items ordered will be opened live. Unless notified by customer requesting a different time and date to open the purchased items live, they will be opened live during the time and date of notification sent. Prime Breaks cannot guarantee each live event will be recorded for future viewing.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order or request a refund prior to a shipping label being created. Live Breaks may be canceled up to 12 hours prior to any box openings.
